DayCourier is a trading name of Georgi Georgiev, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

DayCourier provides on-demand courier and same-day delivery services using the Onro delivery management platform and Stripe for payment processing.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, failed deliveries, and refunds are handled for services provided by DayCourier.
DayCourier operates an on-demand, same-day courier service.
Once a courier has been assigned, operational costs begin to be incurred immediately.
3. Cancellation Before Courier Assignment
If you cancel your order before a courier has been assigned:
- You are entitled to a full refund
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
4. Cancellation After Courier Assignment (Before Pickup)
If you cancel your order after a courier has been assigned but before pickup:
- A partial or full charge may apply
- The amount charged depends on:
- Time already spent
- Distance already travelled by the courier
- Operational and administrative costs incurred
5. Cancellation After Pickup
If you cancel your order after the courier has collected the item:
- No refund will be provided
- The service is considered already performed
6. Failed or Unsuccessful Deliveries
No refund will be issued if delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Recipient not available at the delivery address
- Inaccessible, unsafe, or restricted locations
- Prohibited, unsafe, or illegal items
- Refusal by the recipient to accept the delivery
Additional charges may apply for return to sender or redelivery, where applicable.
7. Refund Processing
- All refunds are processed via Stripe
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
8. Service Issues and Errors
If DayCourier is unable to perform the service due to our own operational error:
- A full or partial refund may be issued after internal review
9. Disputes and Claims
Any request related to cancellations, failed deliveries, or refunds must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery attempt or cancellation.
